With Mertz out, UF to begin freshman QB Lagway

quarterback DJ Lagway will make his first career start in the house Saturday against Samford, with starter Graham Mertz sidelined in concussion protocol.Coach Billy Napier said during his press conference Wednesday that Mertz has actually been unable to practice today but is doing better.
