    County prison, according to Kristen Dark, senior public details officer for Travis County Constable’s Office. “He remains in our custody,” Dark informed ESPN.”I can validate he is the individual who remains in our booking procedure.” Beard was arrested by police in Austin, Texas, and scheduled at 4:18 a.m. on a third-degree charge of”

    assault of a family/household member, hamper breath flow, “or strangulation.Austin authorities informed ESPN they received a”disturbance hotshot”call, and officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Vista Lane quickly after midnight Monday. The Austin Authorities Department’s website defines a” hotshot” call as”incidents which are in progress are an immediate hazard to life and/or public safety. … These calls are dispatched immediately. “Stated the school in a statement:”The University is aware of the circumstance regarding Chris Beard.
