Texas Tech basketball player Pop Isaacs has been accused in a civil claim of sexually attacking a small during a team trip to the Bahamas in November.The claim, a copy of which was gotten by ESPN, was filed in Lubbock County (Texas) District Court by the moms and dads of the girl who states she was sexually assaulted.The girl was 17 at the
