Titans CB L’Jarius Sneed sued over shooting at Texas automobile

Titans cornerback L’Jarius Sneed is dealing with a claim for a minimum of $1 million after an incident in the car park of an automobile dealership December, Teresa Walker of the Associated Press reports.Christian Nshimiyimana

states Sneed or Sneed’s individual assistant shot at him while Nshimiyimana was sitting inside a Mercedes-Bentz on a dealership lot on Dec. 6 in Carrollton, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. No one was hit by bullets fired from a Lamborghini Urus as it drove by One Legacy Motors.

Lawyer Levi McCathern said in a declaration gotten by the Associated Press that Sneed and his accomplice were detained by the Carrollton Authorities Department for exacerbated attack with a deadly weapon. McCathern also implicated Sneed and a female who identified herself as Sneed’s mother of threatening Nshimiyimana, purchasing him not to work together with police or keep an attorney.

“The evidence exists,” McCathern said in his declaration to Walker. “There is video surveillance from the dealership revealing the car and the individual who opened fire on Christian. Nshimiyimana submitted the civil claim Feb. 20 in Dallas County, taking legal action against Sneed and a defendant noted as “John Doe.” The lawsuit calls the occurrence “an unprovoked attack in cold blood and broad daytime” and mentions that the defendants might have mistaken Nshimiyimana for someone else.Nshimiyimana, 23, owns an unique car rental service.

The Titans traded for Sneed last March, however he played just five games before going on hurt reserve with a quadriceps injury. He invested his first four seasons with the Chiefs.
