I grew up always viewing my siblings run
track. What do you like about track? Have you discovered anything from it?Anderson: My preferred thing about track is how strategic and
technical whatever needs to be. It’s not as easy as run straight and turn left.
All the method from training and to prepping your body along with your mind for your races.Any particular strengths you feel you have? Anything particularly you have operated at enhancing this year? What things do you associate your success to?Anderson: Something I really had to concentrate on this year was reinforcing my psychological. Being hurt and missing a great deal of the season forced me to press through misfortune. This season for me was not a physical obstacle but
a psychological barrier I had to overcome. There was a great deal of doubt around me. I would state a lot of the doubt came from myself simply as much as others. This year was absolutely nothing that I would’ve requested for nor was it near a perfect season. I hardly qualified for state by.02 getting 3rd at my sectional in the 100. I was the 22nd seed coming out of sectionals getting in state. Nevertheless, I understood I was better than that. I believe when offered a chance I can surprise many individuals. What was your relationship with Levi like?Anderson: Levi being my teammate is when of the best things to occur. He’s somebody who presses me on the track and In the weight room as well. When among us is slacking the other makes certain to pick up the slack and press the other. The competitors at practice as helped both of us improve significantly. He is an excellent colleague to have.
