QB Rattler states he’s going back to South Carolina
Quarterback Spencer Rattler revealed Tuesday on a social media video he prepares to return to South Carolina for the 2023 season.Rattler transferred
to South Carolina last season from Oklahoma and played his finest football at the end of the year.
