Oregon and Penn State each moved up a spot in the Associated Press college football survey Sunday following awesome wins in high-profile games, and Leading 25 beginners Navy and Army remain in the rankings together for the first time because 1960.
Texas enhanced its hang on No. 1 with its 31-point triumph over Oklahoma. The Longhorns got 56 of 62 first-place votes, four more than recently and their most since they were an unanimous No. 1 in October 2008.
