Mavs win in your home against Huskies

MOSES LAKE– The Moses Lake Mavericks softball group earned a 10-2 triumph over the Othello Huskies on Monday night throughout the team’s senior night.

“I believe we can be found in with some great energy and we were prepared to win,” stated Mavs Pitcher Paige Richardson. Richardson pitched 5 innings for the Mavs, striking out 11 batters, permitting two hits and 2 runs and was followed by Caitlin Decubber, who pitched 2 innings of scoreless ball, allowing no hits, starting out two and strolling two. Moses Lake elders Paige Richardson, Eryn Eckenberg and Jenika Balderas are thrilled for what the postseason will bring in their last year with the Mavericks.
