Then, he reminded everyone of Inter’s stature in world football.
“Inter is a fantastic club with a rich history,” he added. “We want to protect that tradition, and next season we intend to be protagonists in all competitions.
“Of course, we wish to enhance, but it also depends upon what our rivals are doing.We’re seeing an active market from other clubs, and we’ll be competitive.
“We have actually already completed some offers and are excited about the new arrivals and about Chivu, who has actually shown he has terrific knowledge.
“Now it’s time for some rest before we prepare appropriately for the upcoming season.”
