According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the purchase choice ends on June 18th.

For that reason, the Nerazzurri have just a couple more weeks to choose whether to sign Nicola Zalewski on a long-term basis.Should Inter indication Zalewski outright, he can be a part of their team for the Club World Cup this summer.However, the timing of the due date implies that Inter should decide before the start of that tournament.
