At 2:25 a.m. Sunday, Iowa City police observed Brown driving near his home in Iowa City with considerable front-end damage to his car, consisting of a wheel turned entirely sideways.According to police, Brown backed his lorry onto a yard and started spinning the tires before being stopped.
