Cavaliers have developed a memorial scholarship fund in honor of football players Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis Jr. and D’Sean Perry, who were all shot and killed after going back to campus from an expedition in November 2022.
The Virginia Sports Structure and Virginia Athletics on Tuesday revealed the 1.15.41 Memorial Scholarship Fund will yearly award scholarships to three football players who “embody the qualities these young men brought with them.”
The fund was enabled thanks to an anonymous donor who promised $1 million.Editor’s Picks
