John Emery Jr., a former first-class hire who went into the transfer website in April, will rather remain with the Tigers for his last season.Emery, who recently finished from LSU, announced his

Emery appeared in 7 games last season for LSU, playing behind Logan Diggs and others. He missed out on all of the 2021 season since of scholastic concerns after logging 75 carries in 2020 and 76 in 2022. LSU returns experienced Josh Williams and promising sophomore Kaleb Williams, but Diggs moved to Ole Miss and quarterback Jayden Daniels, the team’s leading rusher and Heisman Trophy winner, carried on to the NFL.
