3 charged in death of Southern Miss CB Daniels

Orlando Might, 18, of Hattiesburg; Allen Marcus Gardner, 17, of Houston; and Samir Green, 16, of Hattiesburg. Sims stated the two juveniles are charged as adults.May is likewise charged with one count of tried carjacking, one count of felony avoiding and 2 counts of
grand larceny car. He tied for the team lead in interceptions with 3 and had 29 tackles in 12 games. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound senior transferred to security for the 2024 season and was anticipated to begin again, the Hattiesburg American reported.The university and its athletic department stated in a declaration Wednesday that therapy was available to members of the football group and others affected by his death.Daniels played his very first two college seasons at Ole Miss before moving to Southern Miss in 2023.
