Arizona Diamondbacks

Corbin Burnes – SP (elbow)

Burnes was pulled in the fifth inning of a game against the Nationals on June 1 with right elbow discomfort. After seeking a second opinion, he’s set to undergo Tommy John surgery and be out for the next 12 months or so.

Justin Martinez – RP (elbow)

Martinez was pulled from a game on June 9 with elbow tightness and was placed on the 15-day injured list with a UCL sprain in his right elbow. This comes shortly after the 23-year-old right-hander was sidelined with a shoulder injury. He’s now facing a 12-13 month absence, according to the team.

Jordan Montgomery – SP (Tommy John surgery)

Montgomery is set to undergo Tommy John surgery, the second of his career after having the procedure in 2018. The 32-year-old left-hander will miss the entire 2025 season and likely the start of 2026. Montgomery is entering the final year of his two-year, $47.5 million deal with Arizona and will be a free agent following the season.

A.J. Puk – RP (elbow)

Puk, sidelined since mid-April with an elbow injury, underwent Tommy John surgery on Friday, June 20. The 30-year-old left-hander will now miss all of 2025 and a significant portion of the 2026 season.

Gabriel Moreno – C (hand)

Moreno had been dealing with hand soreness for over a week after taking a wild pitch off his right hand on June 6. He was placed on the 10-day injured list on June 19 and tests revealed he was dealing with a hairline fracture in his right index finger.

Shelby Miller – RP (forearm)

Miller was placed on the 15-day injured list on July 6 with a right forearm strain. The latest report indicated the 34-year-old right-hander was seeking a second opinion, which typically doesn’t lead to good news. Miller had been working as the Diamondbacks’ primary closer, converting 10 saves. Kevin Ginkel and Kendall Graveman figure into the saves mix in Miller’s absence.

Pavin Smith – 1B/DH (oblique)

Smith was placed on the 10-day injured list on July 6 with a right oblique strain. There was no word from the team regarding the severity of the injury or a potential timeline. The 29-year-old finished the first half hitting .261/.371/.446 with eight homers, 28 RBI and two steals over 264 plate appearances.

Athletics

Gunnar Hoglund – SP (hip)

After giving up eight runs over six innings in a start against the Blue Jays, Hoglund landed on the 15-day injured list with a left hip impingement. He underwent hip surgery on Friday, June 13, and is expected to miss the remainder of the 2025 season.

Max Muncy – SS/2B (fractured hand)

Muncy suffered a fractured right hand after he was hit by a pitch against the Rangers on July 21. The Athletics placed the 22-year-old infielder on the 10-day injured list, but there’s a strong chance that his season is over. His absence likely solidifies playing time for Luis Urías.

Atlanta Braves

Chris Sale – SP (ribs)

Sale was injured making a diving play in the infield against the Mets on June 18. He was placed on the 15-day injured list with a fractured left ribcage. The 36-year-old left-hander is looking at an extended absence, but is expected to pitch again this season. Sale played catch on July 15 as he begins his rehab process, but isn’t eligible to return until August 19.

Reynaldo López – SP (shoulder surgery)

López was placed on the injured list with right shoulder inflammation after struggling in his first start of the season. It was determined he would need arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder, sidelining him until at least August if all goes well. A cleanup procedure showed no further structural damage, and López will be re-evaluated in July.

AJ Smith-Shawver – SP (Tommy John surgery)

Smith-Shawver left his start on May 29 against the Phillies after feeling a “pop” in his right elbow. Things progressed quickly from there as he was moved to the 60-day injured list and underwent Tommy John surgery, likely sidelining him for most of 2026.

Austin Riley – 3B (abdomen strain)

Riley was pulled from a game on July 11 against the Cardinals with abdomen tightness and landed on the 10-day injured list with a right abdomen strain. He had his return delayed by renewed discomfort but is expected back on Friday, July 25.

Baltimore Orioles

Grayson Rodriguez – SP (elbow discomfort)

Rodriguez has been sidelined since spring training with shoulder and elbow injuries. While the team was hopeful that the 25-year-old right-hander would pitch this season, he was recently shut down again with renewed elbow soreness and is expected to undergo imaging. It’s safe to rule him out for the year, but those evaluation results will give us an idea on his readiness for 2026.

Ryan Mountcastle – 1B (hamstring)

Mountcastle was removed from a game on May 30 with right hamstring discomfort and was officially placed on the 10-day injured list with a hamstring strain. He was diagnosed with a Grade 2 strain and was expected to miss 8-12 weeks. Mountcastle began a minor league rehab assignment on July 22 and could return when eligible at the end of the month.

Cade Povich – SP (hip)

A day after tossing 3 2/3 scoreless innings to earn a win, Povich landed on the 15-day injured list with left hip inflammation on June 16. He’s currently on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Norfolk and was up to 62 pitches in his last start, striking out six with one run allowed over 3 2/3 innings.

Adley Rutschman – C (strained oblique)

Rutschman landed on the 10-day injured list on June 20 with a left oblique strain. Sidelined for a month, he kicked off a minor league rehab assignment on July 22 and could be back in the Orioles lineup by the end of the week.

Félix Bautista – RP (shoulder)

After experiencing a dip in velocity over his last few outings, Bautista was placed on the injured list with what’s being described as “right shoulder discomfort” by the Orioles. That’s all the information we have right now, which muddies the water for the trade deadline a bit, since Bautista has been at the center of some trade discussions.

Boston Red Sox

Kutter Crawford – SP (knee)

Crawford, out all season with a knee injury, threw a three-inning bullpen session and was set for a rehab assignment, but was shut down after he felt some pain in his right wrist. He’ll undergo surgery on his wrist and miss the rest of the season.

Triston Casas – 1B (knee)

Casas suffered a significant knee injury running to first base during a game on May 2 and had to be carted off the field. The 25-year-old first baseman underwent season-ending surgery to repair a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee.

Justin Slaten – RP (shoulder)

Slaten was placed on the 15-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation on May 29 and remains shut down from throwing. It was revealed the 27-year-old right-hander is dealing with a nerve-related issue in his neck. He resumed playing catch over the last week and could return to reinforce the Red Sox bullpen sometime in late August.

Tanner Houck – SP (forearm)

Houck was placed on the injured list on May 13th with a right flexor pronator strain. He appeared to be nearing the end of his rehab assignment before suffering a setback, experiencing renewed flexor soreness. At this point, a return this season seems unlikely.

Hunter Dobbins – SP (knee)

Dobbins left his start on July 11 against the Rays with a right knee injury he sustained while covering first base. It was later revealed the 25-year-old right-hander tore his ACL. The injury will require a significant rehab process that will keep him out until sometime in 2026.

Chicago Cubs

Javier Assad – SP (Strained Oblique)

Assad suffered a mild oblique strain in mid-February that has kept him out all season. He was transferred to the 60-day injured list in late April after experiencing a setback. After Assad was shut down for a month, he resumed a throwing program in late May and will begin a minor league rehab assignment on July 24.

Justin Steele – SP (elbow)

Steele landed on the 15-day injured list following his last start with left elbow tendinitis. After undergoing an MRI exam, it was determined the 29-year-old left-hander would need season-ending surgery on his left elbow. Steele underwent a UCL revision surgery, which is less invasive than a full Tommy John and should put him in line to return early next season.

Miguel Amaya – C (oblique)

Amaya landed on the 10-day injured list on May 25 with a left oblique strain and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks, putting him out until sometime after the All-Star break. The 26-year-old backstop was hitting .280 with four homers through 27 games. Reese McGuire has filled in for backup catching duties behind Carson Kelly.

Jameson Taillon – SP (calf)

Taillon landed on the 15-day injured list on July 1 with a right calf strain and is expected to miss at least a month with the injury. The 33-year-old right-hander had posted a 4.44 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, and a 74/20 K/BB ratio across 95 1/3 innings in the first half.

Porter Hodge – RP (shoulder)

Hodge surrendered three home runs in an outing on July 8 and landed on the 15-day injured list the following day with a right shoulder impingement. It’s the second trip to the injured list for the 24-year-old right-hander, who’s expected to miss at least a few weeks.

Chicago White Sox

Shane Smith – SP (ankle)

Smith apparently suffered an ankle injury sometime during the All-Star break. The team placed the 25-year-old right-hander on the 15-day injured list on July 16 with a left ankle sprain. There’s no timetable for a return, but early August could be an optimistic expectation. Smith had posted a 4.26 ERA and an 81/37 K/BB ratio across 86 2/3 innings through the first half.

Cincinnati Reds

Hunter Greene – SP (groin)

Greene was placed back on the IL with a groin strain in early June. This is the second time this season he’s been shelved with that same injury, so expect the Reds to be much more cautious with his recovery and return this time around. The 25-year-old right-hander resumed a minor-league rehab assignment after suffering a setback and is hopeful to return to the Reds rotation in early to mid-August.

Wade Miley – SP (flexor strain)

This is not good news for Miley. The Reds placed him on the injured list with a flexor strain and gave no timeline for his return. Sometimes, flexor strains could be a precursor for much more serious elbow injuries, so don’t expect him back soon.

Cleveland Guardians

Shane Bieber – SP (Tommy John surgery)

Bieber underwent Tommy John surgery early in the 2024 season. The 29-year-old right-hander resumed a minor league rehab assignment over the All-Star break after his rehab was paused by elbow soreness. He was up to 43 pitches in his last rehab start and could be on track to debut this season in mid-August.

Colorado Rockies

German Marquez – SP (biceps)

Marquez was pulled from his start on June 20 with shoulder soreness. He was diagnosed with right biceps tendon inflammation and placed on the 15-day injured list and will likely miss at least a couple of weeks.

Thairo Estrada – 2B (thumb)

Estrada was held out of the lineup for a few days with a thumb issue before he was ultimately placed on the 10-day injured list with a left thumb sprain retroactive to July 11. The team was hopeful it would be a minimum stint, but there’s been no word on his status since.

Detroit Tigers

Jackson Jobe – SP (strained elbow flexor)

Jobe was placed on the 15-day injured list with a Grade 1 right elbow flexor strain on May 30. This comes after his velocity was notably down in his previous start against the Giants. It was determined shortly after that the 22-year-old right-hander will need to undergo Tommy John surgery, likely keeping him out until late 2026.

Sawyer Gipson-Long – SP (neck)

Gipson-Long landed on the 15-day injured list in early July with neck stiffness and took a couple of weeks to rest before starting a rehab assignment with Triple-A Toledo. He was up to 41 pitches in his last rehab start, tossing 4 2/3 scoreless innings. He may need one or two more starts before returning to the Tigers rotation.

Houston Astros

Yordan Alvarez – OF/DH (hand inflammation)

Stop us if you’ve heard this before. Alvarez says his hand is feeling good after experiencing multiple setbacks. The 28-year-old slugger has progressed to hitting soft toss but the team is going to be extra careful in his ramp up process. Alvarez remains without a clear timetable, but early August could be an optimistic target for a return.

Lance McCullers Jr. – SP (blister)

McCullers made three starts back from the injured list before landing back on the 15-day IL with right finger blister on July 20. Perhaps a couple of weeks off could give the 31-year-old right-hander time to reset after he was hit hard over his three starts back.

Spencer Arrighetti – SP (thumb)

Arrighetti has been sidelined with a fractured thumb suffered during a freak accident in early April where he was struck by a ball during batting practice while having a catch in the outfield. He made his first rehab start on July 19, and tossed three scoreless innings with four strikes on 43 pitches. He’ll likely need a few more turns in the minors before he’s fully built back up and ready to join the Astros’ rotation.

Luis Garcia – SP (Tommy John surgery)

Garcia is making progress in his return from Tommy John surgery. While he’s currently on a minor league rehab assignment in the Florida Complex League, manager Dana Brown stated Garcia is still behind fellow teammate Cristian Javier in their timeline for a return.

Cristian Javier – SP (Tommy John surgery)

Javier had Tommy John surgery last year and appears on track to return sometime in the second half of this season. He was rehabbing at the Florida Complex League for the past few weeks, but was just bumped up to Triple-A. That puts him on track to return to the majors at some point over the next few weeks.

Isaac Paredes – 3B (hamstring)

Paredes was placed on the 10-day injured list on July 20 with a right hamstring strain. Manager Joe Espada later told reporters that the 26-year-old All-Star was dealing with a significant hamstring injury. There’s a strong chance Paredes is sidelined for most of the remaining two months of the season.

Jacob Melton – OF (ankle)

After being promoted to the Astros on June 1st, Melton sprained his ankle about two weeks later and has been out ever since. He’s finally set to begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A and could slot back into the Astros’ outfield mix when ready.

Kansas City Royals

Cole Ragans – SP (groin strain)

The Royals ace made it off the injured list for one start and was shelved once again with a shoulder injury. The team officially placed him on the 15-day injured list on June 8 with a left rotator cuff strain and he only began to throw again in the beginning of July. He’s since been moved to the 60-day IL, which shouldn’t change his timeline much anyway since he’s yet to begin a rehab assignment.

Michael Lorenzen – SP (oblique)

Lorenzen was initially scratched from a start in mid-July with an illness, but was later placed on the 15-day IL with an oblique strain. There have been no updates on his status since.

Michael Massey – 2B (ankle, hand)

Massey has been on the injured list since early June with an ankle sprain. While on a rehab assignment, he was hit by a pitch on his hand and hasn’t played since. In the meantime, the Royals acquired Adam Frazier via trade, making it likely Massey doesn’t contribute at the major league level anytime soon.

Hunter Harvey – RP (shoulder)

Harvey has been on the injured list since early May with a Grade 1 right teres major sprain. He experienced renewed soreness during his rehab in early May, slowing his recovery. Finally, he began another rehab assignment in mid-July and may be back in the bullpen by early August.

Los Angeles Angels

Christian Moore – 2B (thumb)

About three weeks after being called-up, Moore hit the IL with a thumb sprain in early July. He’s yet to swing a bat since and there’s no timetable for him to begin a rehab assignment.

Ben Joyce – RP (right shoulder inflammation)

After experiencing a dip in velocity in his most recent outing, Joyce was placed on the 15-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation. He experienced renewed soreness and underwent season-ending shoulder surgery.

Robert Stephenson – RP (biceps)

Stephenson had made his return from Tommy John surgery in late May but his return was short lived as he was placed on the 15-day injured list with right biceps inflammation and a stretched nerve. There is no timetable for a return.

Los Angeles Dodgers

Blake Snell – SP (shoulder)

Snell was placed on the 15-day injured list with left shoulder inflammation on April 3 following his second start of the season in which he allowed five runs and walked four batters. An MRI revealed no structural damage, but the 32-year-old southpaw was shut down from throwing after experiencing renewed shoulder discomfort. He began a rehab assignment on July 16th and worked up to 58 pitches in his latest start with his eyes set on a return in early August.

Max Muncy – 3B (knee)

Muncy hurt his knee during a scary moment in early July when Michael Taylor slid directly into him. After being down for several minutes and needing the help of a trainer to leave the field, many thought he could have torn his ACL. Yet, an MRI revealed only a sprain and he’s since progressed to taking batting practice with the team. That puts him on track to begin a rehab assignment over the next week or so and hopefully be activated not long after that.

Roki Sasaki – SP (shoulder)

Sasaki was placed on the 15-day injured list with a right shoulder impingement on May 13, an issue he had pitched through for a few starts. He resumed throwing in late May but was shut down a few weeks later and the Dodgers have since transferred him to the 60-day IL. It was reported that he worked up to 90 mph in a recent bullpen session where he threw 39 pitches. Next up is facing live hitters.

Blake Treinen – RP (forearm)

Treinen landed on the 15-day injured list with right forearm tightness on April 19, then transferred to the 60-day injured list in early May after an MRI revealed a low-grade forearm strain. He’s been on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City since early July and is expected to re-join the Dodgers’ bullpen any day now in a high leverage role.

Tanner Scott – RP (elbow)

Scott left his appearance on July 21st after experiencing some discomfort in his elbow. He was placed on the 15-day IL soon thereafter and sent for an MRI that showed only inflammation. No structural damage means that he may not miss much more time than the necessary 15 days.

Michael Kopech – RP (knee)

After missing the first 10 weeks of the season with a shoulder impingement, Kopech landed back on the IL after just a handful of outings with discomfort in his knee. An MRI revealed a torn meniscus, which he received surgery to repair and was since transferred to the 60-day IL. He began a throwing program just after the All-Star break and is expected to return sometime around late August or early September.

Tony Gonsolin – SP (elbow)

Gonsolin was placed on the 15-day injured list on June 7 after experiencing right elbow discomfort following his last start. Manager Dave Robert stated Gonzolin’s UCL in his right elbow remains intact, but he was placed on the 60-day IL soon thereafter. The vagueness of these reports don’t inspire much confidence. He still has not resumed throwing.

Miami Marlins

Connor Norby – 3B (hand)

Norby went on the IL with what the team called wrist inflammation on July 12th. Just after that, they announced he had surgery to repair a broken hamate bone in his left hand. That surgery has about a two month recovery, so there’s a chance he does not return this season.

Ryan Weathers – SP (lat strain)

Weather left his last start on June 7 with an apparent arm injury. He was also hit by a throw on the head during warmups in between innings. He later underwent evaluation for shoulder discomfort and was placed on the 60-day injured list with a left lat strain. As of late July, he still has not resumed throwing.

Max Meyer – SP (hip impingement)

After giving up 11 runs over his last two starts, the Marlins put Meyer on the 15-day injured list with a hip impingement on June 3. It wasn’t expected to be a long stay on the injured list, but after meeting with a specialist it was determined he’d need season-ending hip surgery. He should be ready for the start of spring training next season.

Griffin Conine – OF (shoulder)

Conine suffered a dislocated left shoulder on a slide into second base on April 19 and will undergo season-ending surgery. The 27-year-old outfielder was in the midst of a breakout season, hitting .281/.352/.438 over 71 plate appearances.

Milwaukee Brewers

Nestor Cortes – SP (elbow)

Cortes has been out since early April with a flexor strain. After being shut down for three months, he began a rehab assignment in mid-July and is tracking to return to the Brewers at some point over the next week or so.

Rhys Hoskins – 1B (thumb)

Hoskins was placed on the IL with a sprained thumb in early July and has not begun to swing yet. He won’t have a timetable to return until he’s able to face live pitching.

Garrett Mitchell – OF (oblique strain, shoulder)

Mitchell exited a game on April 25 with left oblique tightness and was placed on the 10-day injured list with a strain. He finally began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Nashville on June 17th, but injured his shoulder during a rehab game. That injury required surgery and he will be out for the rest of the season. Milwaukee hopes he can be ready for spring training, but that’s not guaranteed.

Minnesota Twins

Pablo López – SP (shoulder)

López abruptly exited his start on Tuesday, June 3rd while warming up for the sixth inning after feeling some discomfort in his lat. After an MRI, the team announced he had a Grade 2 teres major strain in his right shoulder and has been out since then. He is supposed to begin a throwing program soon, but nothing has been confirmed as of late July.

Luke Keaschall – OF (fractured forearm)

Keaschall suffered a left forearm fracture after he was hit by a pitch during a game against the Angels on April 25. The 22-year-old prospect was 7-for-19 at the plate with five steals. He’s finally begun a rehab assignment, but it’s been reported that he’ll need a “lengthier” rehab so the team can be assured that he’s “confident in his forearm”, per Dan Hayes of the Athletic. So, it may be another few weeks before he’s back with the big league squad.

David Festa – SP (shoulder)

After what’s been a shaky season, Festa was placed on the injured list with shoulder inflammation on July 23rd. There have been no other updates on his status.

Bailey Ober – SP (hip)

After struggling to a 5.28 ERA over the course of the season, Ober was placed on the IL with a left hip impingement on July 2nd. He returned to make a rehab start on July 18th and is scheduled to make one more before returning to the Twins’ rotation next week.

New York Mets

Jesse Winker – OF (oblique, back)

Winker was placed on the IL with a Grade 2 oblique strain on May 5th. He came back in mid-July, played two games, and then went back on the IL with back inflammation. There has been no word as to when he’ll begin his next rehab assignment.

Tylor Megill – SP (elbow)

Megill was placed on the 15-day IL with an elbow sprain on June 15th and it was originally reported that he’d miss about a month. Since, he’s been transferred to the 60-day IL and has not begun to throw yet as of late July, putting a return date towards the middle of August as a best scenario.

Griffin Canning – SP (torn Achilles)

Canning was removed from his start on Thursday, June 26 with a left ankle injury. It was revealed that the 29-year-old right-hander suffered a ruptured left Achilles, sidelining him for the rest of the season.

New York Yankees

Luis Gil – SP (strained lat)

The oft-injured Gil opened the season on the 60-day injured list after suffering a high-grade lat strain during spring training. He began a throwing program way back towards the tail-end of April and has been on a rehab assignment since the beginning of July. Most recently, he worked up to 67 pitches and could make his next start back with the Yankees.

Clarke Schmidt – SP (Tommy John surgery)

The oft-injured Schmidt was pulled from his start on July 3rd with forearm tightness. He was then sent for an MRI that revealed a tear in his UCL and he received Tommy John surgery. He will obviously be out for the rest of this season and likely most of the next one too.

Philadelphia Phillies

Aaron Nola – SP (ankle, oblique)

Nola went to the IL on May 15th after an ankle sprain and numerous poor starts. He was set to face live hitters for the first time this week, but felt some “mild” soreness in his side and was shut down. It took him until July 19th to throw his first competitive pitch since the ankle injury and he’s only now on the doorstep of a rehab assignment, which puts him on track to return to the Phillies’ rotation in mid-August.

Alec Bohm – 3B (ribs)

Bohm was hit by a pitch in his ribs during a game on July 12th. He spent a week trying to play through the pain before reaggravating it and was placed on the IL soon thereafter. Seemingly a minor injury, he could return near when he’s first eligible later this week.

Pittsburgh Pirates

Jared Jones – SP (elbow discomfort)

The Pirates were dealt a blow when Jones was diagnosed with a right UCL sprain in his elbow before the start of the season. The 23-year-old right-hander was placed on the 60-day injured list and underwent season-ending surgery. He could be ready to return in early 2026 following an internal brace procedure rather than a full Tommy John surgery.

Endy Rodriguez – C/1B (elbow)

Rodriguez’s return was short lived as he landed back in the injured list with right elbow discomfort. He was transferred to the 60-day injured list in mid-June and there haven’t been any updates on his status since.

San Diego Padres

Michael King – SP (shoulder)

King was scratched from a start on May 24 with right shoulder soreness and was placed on the 15-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation soon thereafter. He threw his first bullpen session since just before the All-Star break, but there’s been no updates as to when or if he will go on a rehab assignment.

San Francisco Giants

Seattle Mariners

Victor Robles – OF (dislocated shoulder)

Robles injured himself on an incredible play against the Giants on April 6, colliding with the wall and netting down the right-field line. The 27-year-old outfielder came away with a dislocated right shoulder. While he looks to have avoided surgery at the moment, he’s expected to be out until September.

Bryce Miller (elbow)

Miller landed on the 15-day injured list on May 14 with right elbow inflammation. It was later revealed he has been dealing with a bone spur in the back of his elbow, something he’ll pitch through all season before potentially resolving the issue in the off-season. He made two starts in his return, was ineffective, and landed back on the injured list on June 7 with elbow inflammation. He may begin another rehab assignment soon after he reportedly felt fine and touched 97 mph in a bullpen session. This is a precarious situation though.

St. Louis Cardinals

Lars Nootbaar – OF (ribs)

Nootbaar was experiencing some discomfort on his left side in mid-July and was later diagnosed with a left costochondral sprain. That’s a sprain where his left rib meets cartilage and it sent him to the IL. He’s expected to begin a rehab assignment at some point over the next week or so.

Nolan Gorman – 2B (back)

Gorman was dealing with some lingering back soreness since right around the All-Star break and the team sent him to the IL to recover. He is expected to begin a rehab assignment this coming week.

Tampa Bay Rays

Shane McClanahan – SP (triceps nerve inflammation)

McClanahan, making his way back from Tommy John surgery, suffered a left arm injury during a spring training start on March 22. He was diagnosed with nerve inflammation in his left triceps and apparently had a ‘very good meeting’ with a nerve specialist in mid-June. Things went well afterwards and McClanahan began a rehab assignment in mid-July, but suffered another setback recently when his velocity fell sharply during a rehab start on July 19th. It was reported that he was feeling fatigue and it’s unknown when he will start next.

Brandon Lowe – 2B (ankle, foot)

Lowe was placed on the injured list in early July with oblique tightness and was held out for two weeks. He only got a handful of games in before hitting the IL again with what was first described as plantar fasciitis, and then tendinitis in both his ankle and foot. He spent a week trying to play through the pain, so hopefully all he needs is another short stint out.

Jonny DeLuca – OF (strained shoulder)

DeLuca had been hitting well to start the season before landing on the 10-day injured list on April 8, slashing .435/.480/.522 with four steals over nine games. The 26-year-old outfielder was expected to miss 2-4 weeks with a right shoulder strain, but suffered a setback during his rehab assignment on May 28, clouding his potential return.

Hunter Bigge – RP (face)

In a scary moment, Bigge…
